1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdji999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the bdji999 website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, payment services, promotions, and all other features and content made available through bdji999.

By registering an account on bdji999, by making a deposit, or by placing a bet or playing a game on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. • You have not previously had an account on bdji999 suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not registering with the purpose of operating a professional gambling service or reselling access to the platform.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. bdji999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including at registration, before your first withdrawal, and at any subsequent point during the life of your account.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on bdji999, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, truthful, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is kept up to date. bdji999 will not be liable for any consequences arising from your failure to provide accurate registration details.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on bdji999. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdji999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its anti-fraud and responsible gaming obligations. As part of this process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your first withdrawal is approved or at any other time deemed appropriate by bdji999:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days).

3.3 Account Security

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit at bdji999 is ৳200 via bKash and Nagad. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods may vary and are displayed at the point of transaction. There are no platform-side fees charged by bdji999 on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Bank transfer processing times are subject to the policies of your individual bank and may take longer during weekends or public holidays.

4.3 Withdrawals

4.4 Currency

No currency conversion service is offered by bdji999.

5. Bonus & Promotional Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who successfully register and complete their first deposit on bdji999 are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the first deposit must be a minimum of ৳500. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's account automatically upon deposit confirmation.

The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the combined value of the deposit amount and the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. For example, a player who deposits ৳1,000 and receives a ৳1,000 bonus must wager a total of ৳60,000 before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

The following conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by bdji999 unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• bdji999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been completed in full.
• Free spins, where awarded, are credited to specific game titles as communicated in the relevant promotion and expire within 7 days of being credited unless stated otherwise.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using bdji999, you agree to use the platform exclusively for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account on bdji999, or assisting another person to register an account in your name.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated tools to interact with the platform, place bets, exploit games, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, whether in casino games, live dealer tables, poker, or any other multi-player game format.
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or technical malfunctions in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected malfunction must be reported to bdji999 support and will be subject to review and potential forfeiture.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the bdji999 platform, its code, or its content.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bdji999 support staff or other players on any interactive element of the platform.

bdji999 actively monitors account activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where such activity is detected, the platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the relevant account, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to appropriate authorities where legally required.

7. Game Rules & Betting Rules

7.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on bdji999 — including but not limited to slots, live dealer tables, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, teen patti, and crash games — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game's help or information section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real money.

All games in the bdji999 library are independently certified for Random Number Generator (RNG) fairness. 7.2 Sports Betting

• bdji999 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake size available to any individual player or on any individual market at its sole discretion.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system failure, or communications error that affects the normal conduct of any game or bet, bdji999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical malfunction will not be honoured. The decision of bdji999's technical and management team regarding malfunction-affected outcomes is final.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your bdji999 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing support@bdji999. Upon closure of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, provided that all KYC verification requirements have been completed.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons (i.e., because gambling is becoming harmful or problematic) may request self-exclusion instead of standard closure. 8.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure

• You have provided false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your account shows indicators of prohibited conduct including but not limited to bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated tools, or money laundering activity.
• You are identified as being under 18 years of age.
• bdji999 is required to restrict or close your account due to regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations.
• You have made a chargeback request in relation to a deposit that has been used for wagering on the platform.

Where an account is closed by bdji999 as a result of a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation and may be subject to forfeiture if the breach is confirmed.

9. Limitation of Liability

bdji999 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the platform is available, secure, and functioning correctly at all times, we do not warrant or guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdji999 shall not be liable to you for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage of any kind, even if bdji999 has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
• Any loss arising from a technical malfunction, software error, communication failure, or force majeure event beyond bdji999's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any losses you sustain as a result of your own gambling decisions, including decisions made in reliance on information, statistics, or commentary published on or accessible through the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bdji999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

bdji999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When a material change is made to these Terms, bdji999 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. For significant changes, bdji999 may additionally notify affected players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued access to or use of bdji999 following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to an updated version of these Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact our support team to request account closure.
